We offer Smart plans and a comprehensive return policy. The following are bullet points detailing these.
- Firearm Smart Plan
- § 6-month exchange
- § Full credit on exchange
- Smart plan does not transfer to new firearm
- § One free deep cleaning ($35 value)
- Used General Merchandise Smart Plan
- § 6 month full in store credit
- Must be in the same condition as when purchased
- In store credit or equal replacement when available (example: craftsman leaf blower breaks, replace it with craftsman leaf blower that’s comparable and on sale at the time. Otherwise full in store credit)
- Must not show excessive wear.
- § 6 month full in store credit
- New General Merchandise Smart Plan
- § Full refund within 30 days on all new merchandise still in original factory packaging.
- Storage and Abandoned Firearm Policy
- Any firearm NOT in loan will be stored at Superior Pawn & Gun for (30) thirty days. After the (30) thirty-day period, a storage fee of $5.00 a week will be incurred. If after (60) sixty days the firearm(s) are not picked up, the firearm is considered forfeited and becomes property of JDRD Companies Inc. and its Companies.
